Refund policy
The invoice is issued automatically, exclusively by email, on the day on which the parcel was handed over to the courier company or on the day of delivery. The customer is fully responsible for providing an incorrect, incomplete or invalid email address. The customer can ask jellí to resend the invoice by sending us an email at shop@jelli.eu.
In accordance with Romanian Article 16 of Emergency Order No 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for the orders which refer to:
The supply of goods which have been unsealed after delivery, which can no longer be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
The sale is final and the product can NOT be returned for hygiene, health and safety reasons, unless jellí has erroneously sent the order, either incomplete or with products that do not meet the buyer’s requirements by ordering it on the online website: faulty product, incorrect quantity, missing product, product in addition (not labelled as a gift), defective product (damaged in transit, not usable).
Thus, only products that comply with the form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice, are accepted for return.
The following are not accepted for return and exchanges:

Products that have been opened

Products that have been tested/used

Products that have been preordered

Products that do not have the labels intact, have broken or erased seals

Products purchased from other stores

Products not accompanied by documents proving the purchase (invoice or tax receipt)

Products with missing elements or modified content

Products with packaging damaged in any way
As a result, the buyer is informed that they would not be able to avail themselves of the right or legal right of returning the item if the products are unsealed by them, whose resale by jellí could pose risks for reasons of hygiene or consumer health protection (for example: skin products, make-up, manicure accessories etc.).
These measures are specific to cosmetic products because their shelf life is calculated from the first opening of the packaging and when used/tested, there is a risk of transmission of bacteria by transferring the product to another person.
We do not accept cash on delivery parcels or those where the sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transport. We do not accept items sent through post or other methods that are not specified by us.
